As a vital member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing planned maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications following strict safety protocols. You’ll utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System to manage work orders and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You'll also work with engineering teams to implement solutions for production equipment problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance promptly

• Log all maintenance activities in the CMMS

• Provide on-floor support during regular and off-shift times

• Assist in improving work order system efficiency

• Collaborate on technical projects with engineering teams

Requirements:

• Licensed millwright (443A) or related technical diploma

• Proficiency in CMMS and maintenance management

• Strong communication and learning abilities

• Ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively

• Skilled in MS Excel and Office programs
