We need a technician with 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, focusing on electric motors and generators. The role includes instructing apprentices and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and test mechanical conditions of various equipment

• Repair and troubleshoot electric motors and switch gear

• Replace faulty components like bearings and commutators

• Provide on-site service and repairs for motors

• Ensure proper performance through testing and repairs

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience

• Skilled in handling heavy loads and standing for long hours

• Strong attention to detail and client engagement

• Familiarity with construction machinery

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending and kneeling
