In this role, you'll be pivotal in executing audiovisual arrangements in hospitality settings. Reporting to management, you’ll oversee equipment operations, maintain positive guest relations, and handle any technical hiccups effectively. Your fast-paced troubleshooting ability ensures exceptional service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate’s preferred

• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service background

• Previous audio-visual experience is advantageous

• Capable of completing Technical Level 3 Certification

• Holds a valid driver's license for company vehicle operation
