This role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of equipment, including Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, specialty lines (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment). The objective is to safely and effectively keep equipment operational and avoid downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Work with a variety of equipment models and types.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.

• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty‑line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas).
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to provide tools of trade and work flexibly in a dynamic setting.

The job requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more, working indoors and outdoors, driving long distances, loading and unloading heavy equipment, and operating in extreme weather, night, and weekend conditions.
