Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Cable Crew for underground HV maintenance

• Organise crew schedules and material logistics for efficiency

• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance

• Manage cable locates and oversee repairs/upgrades

• Provide coaching to enhance crew skills and performance
Requirements:

• High school education with HV industry experience

• Current driver’s license; UWPC certification beneficial

• Proficient in splicing and terminating MV/HV cables

• Proven leadership and organizational abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call
