Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a small team in foundation installations

• Ensure precision in concrete forms and bolting

• Keep detailed records of work progress and adherence to standards

Requirements:

• Five years of concrete foundation or related construction experience

• Proven leadership capabilities in supervising projects

• Proficient in machinery operations, particularly skid steers

• Clean valid Ontario G Driver's License; AZ/DZ preferred

• Travel readiness across Ontario with overnight stays
