Position: Field Service Technician at Shift Transit
Become a Field Service Technician with Shift Transit, managing bikes and scooters in Toronto. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring a seamless mobility experience for users.

As a Field Service Technician, you will operate in the field, requiring driving and hands-on skills. You'll be responsible for maintaining Bike Share stations, performing repairs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Collaborating with senior leadership and the Field Operations team offers a growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform connectivity troubleshooting and repairs at Bike Share stations

• Conduct preventative maintenance on bike docking points

• Document work through a Computerized Maintenance Management System

• Communicate effectively with the Duty Manager

• Execute pre- and post-inspections on rebalancing vehicles

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license for field travel

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather

• Previous mechanical repair experience preferred

• Commitment to safety and organization in tasks

• Willingness to complete internal training
