Position: Full-Time Roaming Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse maintenance tasks on residential properties

• Inspect contractor work per building specifications

• Ensure stock materials are available for ongoing operations

• Conduct periodic inspections and maintain effective tenant communication

Requirements:

• Completed journeyman's apprenticeship or equivalent experience

• Valid Class G driver's license required
