This role requires a reliable, professional technician with hands-on experience in appliance diagnostics and repairs. You will manage routine service calls, urgent requests, and follow-ups at various residential rental properties. Comfort with mobile systems for documentation and communication is essential for success in this independent role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend residential properties for appliance diagnostics and repairs
• Respond to urgent appliance service requests effectively
• Diagnose and repair issues with various appliances
• Document service details via photos and updates
• Identify additional repair needs or trades required
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an appliance technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of appliance diagnostics and repairs
• Reliable transportation for fieldwork
• Necessary tools and equipment for repairs
• Ability to work independently and punctually
