Daikin Applied is looking for an experienced Gas Service Foreman (G1) with strong commercial and industrial HVAC qualifications. This leadership-focused position involves troubleshooting complex systems, conducting inspections, and mentoring technicians.

Your role will actively contribute to a culture of safety and innovation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage TSSA compliance processes for the branch

• Lead service, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC systems

• Conduct system inspections and tests for performance

• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff

• Generate and manage accurate service documentation

Requirements:

• Current G1 Gas Technician License in good standing

• At least 10 years of HVAC service experience

• Proven experience mentoring technicians

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Ability to participate in on-call emergency schedule
