We are looking for a dedicated Mechanic to join Herc Rentals, where you will maintain a diverse fleet of trucks, including Ford models. This shop-based role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, providing a blend of diagnostics, repair, and hands-on mechanical work. Ideal candidates are adaptable and willing to support fleet operations during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles

• Analyze mechanical issues and conduct necessary repairs

• Document service procedures and maintain accurate logs

• Operate various equipment for testing purposes

• Collaborate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in heavy vehicle mechanics

• Preference for candidates with 310T License or pursuing

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Capability to lift heavy loads and adapt to seasonal demands
