As a Technical Services Representative at ENCORE, you will utilize 2-3+ years of audio visual experience to support trade shows and conventions effectively. Key tasks include setting up sound systems and projectors, managing logistics, and ensuring all equipment is functioning perfectly before events. Being able to lift heavy gear and work under varying conditions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and take down audio visual systems

• Ensure equipment meets requirements before events

• Perform troubleshooting and control tests

• Drive vans for transportation to event locations

• Complete required post-event reports

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent plus related experience

• Customer service experience preferred

• Knowledge of audio visual equipment and operations

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license for driving duties
