Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation and servicing of AV systems and technology devices

• Perform advanced troubleshooting on network and system issues

• Organize daily site work and maintain project efficiency

• Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders

• Mentor and train junior technicians on site

Requirements:

• 5+ years in an AV technician role

• Experience with Primeview and Biamp systems

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record

• Flexibility to work in various environments

• Strong customer service and communication skills
