This vital position within the Maintenance & Facilities team emphasizes your problem-solving abilities and strong technical acumen. With at least four years of machinery experience and three years of Millwrighting, you will troubleshoot mechanical failures, conduct repairs, and collaborate with operators for optimal outcomes.
Your role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures
• Assemble and dismantle machine parts accurately
• Collaborate with operators to resolve errors
• Repair parts using welding and brazing when needed
• Use micrometers for equipment calibration
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with construction equipment
• 3 years of direct Millwrighting experience
• Millwright certificate or relevant Apprenticeship
• Strong hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
