Fire Protection Installer at Corporate Real Estate

Enhance safety as a Fire Protection Installer with Corporate Real Estate Management. This full-time position focuses on the maintenance and repair of fire systems across multiple facilities.

The role requires expert knowledge in fire safety systems, including wet, dry, and deluge sprinkler systems. You will perform inspections and repairs, ensuring compliance with the Ontario Fire Code. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in fire safety and will collaborate with contractors for efficient system modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance on fire protection systems and equipment

• Perform hydrostatic testing on sprinkler connections

• Recommend modifications for fire safety compliance

• Inspect completed repairs and safety standards

• Document inspection results and report deficiencies

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems

• Ability to read technical drawings and compliance docs

• Registration as a CFAA Technician is a plus

• Strong understanding of Ontario Fire Code

• Capability to work in various facility environments
