• Hourly wage of $45.93/hr with shift premiums ($0.65 afternoons / $1.10 nights)

  12 hour continental shift

As a Maintenance Millwright, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical problems on production and auxiliary equipment
• Modify, repair or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity
• Inspect, lubricate machine part and determine future maintenance requirements
• Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the departmental safety action plan
• Participate in major projects, installations and start-ups
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures
• Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off‑hours

• 3-5 years experience in industrial manufacturing environments
• Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Millwright License (433A) is required
• Good communication skills
• Good understanding of safety procedures
• Good analytical and attention to detail skill
• Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines.
