Position: Roaming Maintenance Worker at Circle Community LandTrust
Enhance your skills as a Roaming Maintenance Worker with Circle Community Land Trust. This full-time position focuses on diverse maintenance tasks across 600 homes in Eastern Toronto.

Join a collaborative maintenance team responsible for ensuring the upkeep of single-family homes. You'll engage in a wide range of maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical work, and janitorial duties. The role requires independent work while contributing to team objectives and involves regular inspections and effective communication with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various maintenance tasks for 600 homes

• Utilize Yardi Maintenance IQ for inspections and work orders

• Inspect contractor work against building specifications

• Conduct annual smoke and carbon monoxide tests

• Maintain safe operation of tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Completed journeyman's apprenticeship in a construction trade

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Positive customer service experience

• Valid Class G driver's license

• Willingness to undergo a police background check
