Lead Rental Equipment Technician

As a Lead Rental Equipment Technician, you will serve as the senior technical authority in equipment maintenance and diagnostics. With a focus on gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, you'll train associates while ensuring tools are ready for customer projects. Your leadership and technical skills will drive operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections

• Reduce downtime by assessing tools and ordering parts

• Maintain GPS tracking and asset movements

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate logs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in heavy equipment or gas mechanics

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with clean record

• Proficiency in complex diagnostics and repairs

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
