Service Technician

Full‑Time • $25–$30/hr (Based on Skills & Experience)

Dynamic Waste Systems is a rapidly growing service and installation provider for waste and recycling equipment across multi‑residential and commercial properties in the GTA and surrounding regions.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team and support our continued expansion.

Position Overview:

The Service Technician will be responsible for on‑site service, repair, and installation of waste equipment, including compactors, balers, chute doors, and lift systems. This role includes both shop duties and road work, with the majority of time spent on customer sites performing service and installation tasks. Daily operation of a company truck and towing equipment trailers is required.

• Service, maintain, and install waste and recycling equipment
• Perform mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete work orders, reports, and communicate findings professionally
• Safely operate company vehicles and tow trailers with equipment
• Perform welding tasks as required (valid welding certification required)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
• Report to the shop each morning to punch in and return at end of day

• Ability to drive company truck and tow trailers
• Valid welding certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong safety awareness
• Starting wage: $25–$30/hr, depending on skills and experience
