Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 42.5 hrs./week
Compensation & Rewards- Hourly Pay: $42.00-$50.00/hr. for licensed technicians
- Up to $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed or Apprentice 310T/421A Technicians
- Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
- Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training

- Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
- Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
- Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician, or registered apprentice through Skilled Trades Ontario
- Related work experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
- Similar experience may include Heavy-Duty Mechanic, Field Service Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Small Engine Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Truck and Coach Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Road Service Technician, Shop Mechanic, Lead Hand, Shop Foreman
