Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Coordinate and track suite turnovers to Class A standards

• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies

• Inspect building systems and common areas proactively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing and electrical systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft applications like Excel

• Flexibility to work on-site with rotating on-call schedule
