Harvest Helper with Alvéole

Join Alvéole as a Harvest Helper in Toronto, where you’ll assist Urban Beekeepers during honey harvesting season. This full-time, seasonal position combines outdoor work and teamwork.

As a Harvest Helper, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting honey collection from beehives across the city. Your hands-on duties will focus on lifting, transporting, and organizing harvested honey boxes, ensuring a seamless process from client sites to our extraction facility. Strong communication skills will be vital as you interact with clients while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany beekeepers to harvest honey boxes from various locations

• Assist with physical harvesting tasks and lifting honey boxes

• Provide positive client interactions on-site

• Help load boxes onto vehicles and pallets

• Ensure organized transport of honey boxes to the warehouse

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license held for over 3 years

• Physical experience in hands-on roles

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely

• Comfort working in hot weather and around bees

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork spirit
