TV Mounting & AV Technician

Setup Team is hiring an experienced TV Mounting & AV Technician for residential and commercial projects throughout Toronto and the GTA.

$25-$40+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, technical capabilities, level of independence, and professional equipment/tools.

Higher compensation is available for experienced technicians who can arrive fully equipped and independently complete jobs from start to finish.

We are also open to candidates who have good technical aptitude but require additional training, tools, equipment, or supervision. Compensation will reflect experience and capabilities.

• TV mounting and installation
• In-wall wire concealment
• Home theatre and AV systems
• Sonos and multi-room audio
• Wi‑Fi and network installation
• Structured cabling / low‑voltage wiring
• Security camera installation
• Smart‑home systems
• Commercial AV and conference rooms

Experience with Geek Squad / Best Buy Field Services, professional AV companies, low‑voltage contractors, home automation companies, or similar field‑service organizations is particularly relevant.

• Valid driver's licence
• Comfortable using ladders and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Clean and detail‑oriented workmanship
• Professional communication with customers
• Ability to work in residential and commercial environments
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently appropriate to your experience level

Having your own vehicle and professional tools is a significant asset but is not necessarily required.

This is a full-time position serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
