Position: Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Herc Rentals
Join Herc Rentals in Etobicoke as a Full-Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic specializing in Scissor Lifts and Boom Lifts. You'll ensure optimal equipment performance through maintenance and repairs at job sites.

As a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, you will thrive in team-focused environments while maintaining Herc’s fleet. Your expertise is vital in diagnosing issues and providing quality repairs for aerial equipment. You will educate customers about equipment use, enhancing safety and functionality for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance at customer job sites

• Conduct oil changes and equipment inspections

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Produce detailed service reports and logs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with aerial equipment

• Valid G class driver’s license required

• On-call availability bi-weekly

• Preferred:
Journeyman Off Road Certification

• Clean driving record required
