At RCYC, you’re part of a dedicated Marine Services team that values safety and teamwork. This seasonal role involves assisting with mast operations, conducting maintenance, and relocating vessels. A candidate with mechanical aptitude or marine experience will thrive in this hands-on position, delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mast stepping and unstepping operations

• Support maintenance and repair of rigging systems

• Aid in Member vessel launch and haul-out procedures

• Maintain dock systems and installations

• Communicate respectfully with Members and teammates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 2 years of relevant marine experience

• Basic knowledge of sailing rigging systems

• Must hold a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)

• Physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs
