Field Technician at Ericsson

As a Field Technician, you will coordinate and execute critical Field Services activities supporting Operations and Engineering. Expect to engage in on-site troubleshooting, maintenance routines, and project compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. Your contributions ensure uninterrupted service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to network issues through troubleshooting and repairs

• Coordinate with teams to maintain service levels

• Implement preventive maintenance to enhance network performance

• Conduct installation cutovers and upgrades following work orders

• Maintain site documentation per EWO requirements

Requirements:

• Two years of telecom experience or equivalent

• Degree or diploma in Electronics or related field

• Knowledge of Optical Fibre, SONET, and TCP/IP

• Certification in EHS/OHS or similar

• Familiarity with GSM, WCDMA, and LTE networks
