Field Technician at Ericsson

As a Field Technician, you'll coordinate and execute field service activities in support of Operations and Engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to network issues with rapid troubleshooting

• Coordinate with departments to maintain service levels

• Implement preventive maintenance routines effectively

• Perform equipment upgrades and cutovers per orders

• Ensure site documentation complies with EWO initiative

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field

• Minimum two years in telecommunications industry

• Certification in EHS/OHS (Health & Safety)

• Knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G

• Familiarity with RF/EMF awareness and accident investigation
