Join our team as an experienced welder, focusing on manual and semi-automatic equipment. This hands-on role requires precise interpretation of welding specifications and blueprints.

We are looking for a welder with 3 to 5 years of experience to perform essential welding tasks on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring weld quality, operating machinery, and maintaining equipment, all while coordinating with team members in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage welding machines effectively

• Read and interpret welding blueprints

• Examine welds for compliance with specifications

• Fit, braze, and torch metal components

• Conduct minor repairs on welding equipment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• No degree or certification needed

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client focus
