We are hiring an experienced post frame carpenter to work on all stages of our builds from setting posts to final trims. Youll be part of a small, dependable crew working on projects that range from local to several hours away (around 3 hours), so a willingness to travel and stay out for multi-day builds is important.
WHAT YOULL DO.- Drill holes and set, plumb, and brace laminated posts
- Frame trusses, purlins, girts, and structural members
- Install exterior metal cladding, trims, and closures
- Install windows, man doors, overhead and bi-fold doors
- Install insulation, vapour barrier, strapping, and interior metal liner
- Work safely at heights and operate lifts and standard construction equipment
- Keep a clean, organized job site
