This role at Agropur calls for a skilled individual with a current Ontario Industrial Electrician License and a background in maintenance within the manufacturing sector. You will engage in diagnosing and repairing electrical components, alongside performing preventive maintenance on production equipment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair transformers, motors, and sensors
• Perform installations and wiring for electrical systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance per outlined instructions
• Manage VFDs and PLCs for packaging machinery
• Collaborate with operators to achieve maintenance goals
Requirements:
• Valid Industrial Electrician License from Ontario
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and communication
• Ability to create electrical diagrams and drawings
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
