In this position, you will use your five years of field service experience to handle repairs, installations, and maintenance of Carl Zeiss Medical Technology and DORC EVA NEXUS products. You will navigate a dynamic work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective service delivery across Canada, adapting to fluctuating service demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and provide preventive maintenance
• Act as the technical expert for customer needs
• Manage and modify service schedules based on priority
• Submit service reports and month-end expenses
• Foster strong customer relationships in the field
Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant field service experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanics preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of ophthalmic systems and anatomy
• Valid travel documentation for assignments
