As a Field Service Technician, reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will be focusing on troubleshooting and repairing medical devices, managing service calls, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll also engage in installations, maintain documentation, and support other technicians through effective communication and proven troubleshooting methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair medical aesthetic devices at customer sites
• Provide first-level support to colleagues over the phone
• Conduct installations and upgrades of equipment
• Schedule service calls and oversee parts inventory
• Maintain professional client relationships through clear communication
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in field service roles
• Associate degree or relevant technical background
• Capability of lifting equipment as required
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
