Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive service for maintenance requests from residents

• Ensure suite turnovers meet Class A standards

• Participate in after-hours on-call emergency maintenance

• Record and track maintenance operations and requests

Requirements:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

• Strong customer service and communication abilities

• Capacity to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

• Availability for rotating on-call duties
