In this role, you will engage directly with customers, understanding their needs while implementing repairs and maintenance on bicycles. Your work will help athletes return to their sport, ensuring all equipment meets safety and performance standards. Deliver top-notch service as you contribute to the team's success at Sport Chek.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and disassemble a variety of bicycles
• Perform wheel building, truing, and tire replacements
• Change derailleurs and conduct headset overhauls
• Replace braking systems and cables efficiently
• Offer excellent customer support and service
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in a bike shop
• Intermediate to advanced repair skills on bikes
• Previous bicycle assembly experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience level:
Entry to Advanced
