In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and fulfilling customer requests about bicycle repairs. The Bicycle Service Technician will handle everything from assembling bikes to performing intricate repairs while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your actions will directly support athletes on their fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and disassemble bicycles for repairs
• Build and true wheels; efficiently change tires
• Replace derailleurs and conduct headset overhauls
• Perform chain checks and critical maintenance
• Provide exceptional service and meet performance targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of bike shop experience
• Intermediate to advanced bicycle repair skills required
• Previous bike assembly experience is a plus
• High school education or equivalent
• A strong aptitude for customer service
