In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality repairs and maintenance for Agfa products. Responsibilities include engaging with customers for operational training, performing quality checks, and documenting all service calls. Collaborate closely with regional management to address service needs promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and verify performance of Agfa products on-site
• Conduct preventive maintenance and handle repairs
• Communicate effectively with management on service issues
• Document all activities accurately for records
• Manage ordering and returning of spare parts
Requirements:
• Associate degree in a technical field or similar
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in printing or high-tech
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Familiarity with the inkjet and publishing sector
• Experience with diagnostics and customer support
