Industrial Mechanic; Millwright

Position: Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
Overview  We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of strong background in hydraulic systems, mechanical knowledge. This role requires a hands‑on approach to diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic components such as pumps , cylinders, valves, gear boxes , winches, PTO's and other . This position will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our equipment.
Duties   Perform repairs and maintenance on hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts.
Utilize welding skills when necessary for repairs or modifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements   Proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on complex systems.
Experience in heavy lifting
able to read precision instruments
electrical skills an assett
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
Proficient in welding techniques for repair work is an asset
Able to work overtime
must have own tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
