Field Maintenance Foreman at MLSE

Join MLSE as a Field Maintenance Foreman in Toronto, Ontario, and take charge of maintaining premier sports venues. This part-time role focuses on turf management, landscaping, and project leadership.

In your role as Field Maintenance Foreman, you'll contribute to the upkeep of BMO Field and BMO Training Ground. With a diploma in turfgrass management and at least two years' experience, your skills will ensure the highest quality of sports fields. You will oversee various projects while leading teams, maintaining equipment, and ensuring fields are ready for events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fields for TFC soccer and Argos football matches

• Operate tractors, mowers, and line trimmers effectively

• Maintain stadium surroundings to top-notch standards

• Assist in field painting and maintenance programs

• Lead small project teams to completion

Requirements:

• Diploma in turf management or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in turf industry

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lift 50 pounds

• Valid full G driver’s license is an asset
