Rail Works is seeking an experienced Mini Tie Gang Track Foreman to lead a working crew on track installation and maintenance across Ontario. You will enforce safety, manage production goals, and coordinate with supervisors to meet schedule and quality targets.
Reporting to Track Supervisor, you will pre-plan activities, conduct daily briefings, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining open communication with customers and contractors.
