Senior Rental Technician

As the Lead Rental Technician, you will serve as the primary technical expert in large equipment maintenance and customer readiness. You will perform advanced mechanical repairs, lead training initiatives for tool rental associates, and coordinate mobile service operations. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation and reliability of our rental equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair gas/diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Oversee safety campaigns and perform preventative maintenance
• Manage asset tracking and coordinate equipment moves
• Support rental associates with training and best practices
• Act as an escalation contact for job-site support
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in heavy equipment or gas mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Skilled in hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
• Ability to read repair manuals and schematics
• Comfortable using diagnostic apps and tools
