The Snow Remover is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. In this position, the team member will clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment. Daily tasks include applying salt or other de-icing materials, inspecting areas for safety hazards, and responding promptly to snowfall events, often early in the morning or during extended weather periods.

The role also involves basic equipment maintenance, safe operation of tools and machinery, and following company procedures to ensure reliable, timely service for all clients.

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting, shoveling, and standing for extended periods in winter conditions.
• Experience using snow removal tools and equipment such as snow plow on a pickup truck, snow shovels, snow blowers, and ice spreaders
• Strong sense of safety awareness and attention to detail when working around vehicles, walkways, and building entrances.
• Reliable time management skills, including punctuality and readiness to work flexible hours based on weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a professional, respectful approach when interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation to reach work sites in North York, ON is an asset.
• Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, or property maintenance is beneficial but not required.
