Position: Alliance Forming Cement Finisher Role
Work as a Cement Finisher with Alliance Forming Ltd. in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time, physically demanding job pays $48.13 per hour plus benefits from the Union collective agreement.

We need a reliable Cement Finisher with a solid background in concrete work, ideally with at least three years of experience. Your tasks will include surface finishing, repairing worn structures, and ensuring proper curing of concrete. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finish, pour, and level concrete efficiently

• Inspect surfaces for quality before and after work

• Apply curing and sealing components diligently

• Restore balconies and other concrete structures

• Compact concrete using power tools effectively

Requirements:

• 3 years concrete work experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of concrete properties

• Strong attention to detail and following instructions

• Must lift 50 lbs without strain

• Willingness to work extra hours if necessary
