Enhance hospitality experiences as an Audio Visual Technician us on setting up, operating, and breaking down audiovisual systems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for delivering flawless event experiences through effective setup and management of audiovisual equipment.
Your role includes meeting client needs and monitoring events to provide exceptional service. This position is essential in maintaining a positive client relationship and upholding professional standards throughout events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for various events
• Monitor events and check in on client needs
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and professionally
• Complete required paperwork and systems entries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma;
Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience needed
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required
