Join EAM-Mosca Canada Ltd as a Field Service Technician focusing on mechanical and electrical systems in the Greater Toronto Area. Deliver top-tier service through equipment installations and maintenance training.
In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on strapping equipment. Engage directly with customers to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring the high standards set by EAM-Mosca. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field service repairs and installations of strapping equipment
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various machinery
• Offer customer training on equipment usage and maintenance
• Diagnose machine issues and develop repair plans
• Manage vehicle parts inventory and service documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of field or equipment maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• PLC programming familiarity required
• Capacity to read mechanical drawings and wiring schematics
• Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation
