As a master technician, you will lead fleet maintenance and repairs in the field. Your expertise will focus on preventative and corrective maintenance programs, maximizing equipment performance and safety. With responsibilities such as routine service on heavy equipment and advanced diagnostics, you will play a key role in supporting various industries with high-quality rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain PM schedules for fleet equipment

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs onsite

• Produce detailed service reports and repair logs

• Diagnose engines, electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Assist in training other Field Service Mechanics

Requirements:

• Journeyman Off Road Certification or HET Red Seal

• At least 3 years of experience in aerial equipment repair

• Valid Class G driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Ability to handle on-call duties monthly
