Job Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
Commitment to company values and quality standards.
Ability to work on ladders up to 20 feet and in various weather conditions.
Adherence to a no-smoking/vaping policy during work hours.
Access to a vehicle daily and a valid Ontario Driver’s License
Additional pay:
Performance Pay (based on personal and company results)
