This role is perfect for a self-directed, organized individual with at least three years of experience in commercial construction or a related field. You will assist with minor repairs, assist site teams, and manage site cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and effective communication with supervisors are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete minor repairs on commercial interiors
• Assist with deficiency close-out tasks
• Support site teams with basic construction duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on-site
• Perform drywall, patching, and painting tasks
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant handyman experience
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable with basic tools and repair techniques
• Ability to lift and carry materials/tools
