Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests for suites and common areas

• Perform in-suite turnover activities including repairs

• Maintain grounds and equipment, identifying repair needs

• Handle appliance and plumbing repairs safely

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED completion

• 1+ years of maintenance experience required

• Proficiency with tools and carpentry skills

• Flexibility for on-call duties, including weekends

• WHMIS certification is an asset
