Property Supervisor

Position: Property Supervisor at Reena
Oversee facility operations as a Property Supervisor with Reena in Toronto. Ensure safety compliance, manage maintenance tasks, and lead a dedicated team on-site every day.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operational management at various Reena properties. Your key responsibilities include supervising Property Service staff, overseeing repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will engage with contractors and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting overall facility efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor maintenance and repair tasks using the Order Tracking System

• Supervise contractors' service delivery and coordinate efforts

• Conduct regular inspections of building interiors and exteriors

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

• Respond to emergencies and manage after-hours calls

Requirements:

• Experience in facility management and maintenance

• Proven leadership skills in staff supervision

• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC and electrical

• Ability to uphold safety protocols and compliance

• Familiarity with administrative duties related to staff management
