In this role reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to onboarding for investment roles. Your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate evaluations will enhance hiring decisions and foster strong relationships with hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in directly sourcing top-tier talent and mapping the market effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for front-office investment roles
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment
• Create strategies for sourcing diverse and high-caliber talent
• Map and directly source passive candidates from various networks
• Utilize Workday for tracking recruitment activities and data
Requirements:
• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in investments
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous recruitment efforts
• Strong skills in sourcing and candidate engagement
• Understanding of private equity and asset management markets
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
